Our Committee Chairs
New Member Orientation (NMO) Committee
Chair: Victoria Bridges
The New Member Orientation Committee is in charge of putting together our pledging schedule for our new initiates for them to learn our fraternity's history and events including cupcake wars, little/big reveal and initiation day.
Professional and Philanthropic Committee
Chair: Holly Tayne
The Professional and Philanthropic Committee partners with our local philanthropy Crossroads to fundraise and collect items needed for their patients. This committee organizes our annual volleyball tournaments as well as other fundraisers such as a baby supplies drive.
Social Committee
Chair: Kaley Paullis
The Social Committee schedules social events such as paint night parties and movie nights to give our members opportunities to get to know each other better outside of the classroom.
Publicity Committee
Chair: Emily Sampson
The Publicity Committee writes for our national magazine, the Blue and Gold Triangle, makes flyers for upcoming events, and advertises for these events on social media.
Fundraising Committee
Chair: Haley Holt
The Fundraising Committee raises money for not only our chapter of LKS, but for our local philanthropy Crossroads and our national philanthropy Project Hope. This year, this committee organized fundraisers such as a quilt raffle and raised over $200 for these organizations.
